There was a boy who wants to be a superhero .So when he gets old enough, he becomes a cop .He helps everyone, But one time when he goes to a mission and something happened to him. Something different , he had a shout into his head and his leg was broken. Everyone thought that he was dead but the mans in black came and took him to the lab in there they did experiments on him, but when he wakes up every where was a blood the people were dead, he was scared, and he starts to run fast like a flash.
