Quix and Ty are two aliens who escape their home planet to run from their tyrannical father. They arrive on a post-apocalyptic earth in hopes to gather vernate, a nuclear material to fuel their ship for a dimension hop. They meet Rio along the way, a woman who was forced to work in the vernate mines. Chaos ensues, and soon they are forced to all meet their collective fate.
