An ambassador's teenager goes to Germany as a transfer student to help reach peace with Canada. After Canada accepted a peace treaty with the scary extraterrestrials. They try and figure out how to make a peace alliance with the M'a'treyzs and the Germans. Along the way, they, the teenager, must make friends with the foreign-exchange family, whose relative works for the government. Germany- Is the superpower of the modern world.
