In a world where anthropomorphic dragons roam the earth like how humans do, exists a little 14 year old boy named janko uchida who one day discovers that he has psychic powers which janko would use his powers for good and justice. Despite having albinoism,he doesn't care about it and learn to live with it but little did he know,there would be deep lore about albinoism.
