Life shifts when Haru, usually homeschooled, is sent to private school. At first, it’s not so bad—quiet afternoons, inside jokes, and easy friendships. But cracks begin to show, and as little things change, the threads tying them together start to fray. It’s just life. Or at least, it’s close enough.
