When Popstar Tara Rapid took over the USA, she outlawed other music. Teenager Damien hates Tara and her cult of Rapidies. When he meets the mysterious leader of the revolution, AP, he agrees to join hi band who dare to play their own music in underground and secret venues for fans. But something about the mysterious revolutionary is off. And as he and Damien start a romance, Damien realizes that this goes far deeper then he ever expected.
