Although he cannot be harmed, he seems to have the kind of torture where all of the bad luck that he concedes falls upon the shoulders of those around him. Halia Rain. Halia is a boy with the patience of a monk who sat in a mountain under the waterfall for seventy years. He has the worst and best luck you’d ever be able to imagine. Never hurt but quite unfortunate.
