Illegal cybernetics that provide individuals who take them with superhuman abilities have infiltrated society, plaguing many users with dangerous side effects, while plaguing innocents with the violence that super enhanced criminals bestow upon them. Damien, an ideologue and leader of a major cybernetic gang, continues to do everything in his power to expand the spread of cybernetics, while combating the Anti Cybernetic Police Department. Meanwhile, one of the ACPD’s last remaining elite squads, consisting of Clark, Jack, and Haydn, works tirelessly to tackle the cybernetic trade, clean up their city, and bring back the ACPDs funding and reputation.
