A seemingly edgy pug was equipped with a super cybernetic implant modification that allows him to run as fast as the speed of light through a cyberpunk dystopia filled with vicious robots led by a sadistic scientist who wants to torture Rooly. Engaging in combat via constantly slaughtering robots with the help of old and new allies, Rooly also has to face inner-conflicts that reflect on his trauma as well, despite trying to stay as cool as possible.
