Berko is a young boy who is blamed by his village for the worst string of events to ever happen in the history of its existence. He and his family are accused of witchery and they are despised by the whole village. Berko decides to reject this reality and fight for a better life, but as he does so, he uncovers unimaginable secrets about his village, family and the world around him.
