Black is a strange outcast kid raised in a poor orphanage somewhere in Aisinut a city in the fictional Jisai. After a tragic occurrence, Black comes to realize that he has a strange power. He sets in the quest to discover who he really is, how he got this strange power and how this power is related to the secret organization "Ragno" who leads the country from behind the scenes.
