A rare and illegal supplement called the Chaotic Capsule has been introduced into the underground market with effects of gaining abnormal strength and even powers. However in recent research, the capsule seems to mostly have effects of aggressive behaviors. Agents of Special Abilities Organization (ASAO) are trying to collect all the capsules in order to control the erratic behavior. For some reason a girl is casually carrying this capsule around. Will the agents be able to catch her?
