“Have you ever felt that way?” Kimi asked me, her eyes darker than the pitch black sky. She seemed so empty yet her presence warmed my heart. Kimi is depressed. So am I. Two kids trying to survive their new life in a mental hospital. I don’t know how, or when, but I know we will make it out…together. Somehow, I’ll help her, while she helps me. Life may not be the same anymore but at least it can’t get worse. Right?
