A pickpocket owing a debt to a local gang is presented with the opportunity to graduate from a simple con artist to running a major operation. Gathering a group of fellow ne’er do wells with their own unique skills, they must choose between completing their mission and enabling their debtors or revealing a scandal and facing jail time.
