gabriel and scott are both college students who are acedemic rivals in the art major,they’ve always hated eachother and seen eachother as competition,however that all has to change when they both accidentally eat radioactive sea food from a sketchy sushi place giving them both supernatural abilities and are now targets of a underground villain who has been experimenting with sea creatures to create monsters ,they must work together and save the city to stop the villan.
