This story takes place in Universe 16, approximately 200 years after the events of the T.O.P, where Android 17 made the wish to resurrect all universes erased by the Omni King. The main character is A half Saiyan/human named Kaiya who must save her universe from the evil Shadow Dragons that reside within the dragon balls.
