Politicians have decided to “re-educate” society and put all the criminals in the “Endless Jail”. Ramj Pohl is an eighteen-year-old boy who steals for a living. A criminal society named R.Mutt — in honor of Marcel Duchamp’s Work “Fountain” — opposes the decision made by politics and aims to kill all the rich who follow this ideal.
