Aris, a 15-year-old, was only ever taught to look at people as tools or scraps, never properly learning how to understand or be understood. The moments he has with his classmate, Canter, slowly unravels the parts of himself he was unaware of. At the same time, the indifference that Canter had always believed to be integrated in his core starts shifting once he realizes his drive to unconditionally accept Aris. These two boys represent what it truly means to care about someone.
