The year is 2084, 40 years after the mysterious appearance of Hydrogen Destroyer Engine and the first Saeglo machine to wield it. All of Earth's waters were claimed sovereign by the Saeglo's pilot who enacted the Competitors initiative. All nations were gifted an engine and a chance to compete in globe trotting races to determine power struggles. Currently, the world's champion is an racer known publicly as Nix and she aims to keep this system of power in place against all odds.
