Harvey Blackmoor was forced to travel aboard to Japan to the Shoukyou High School on his first day, but he difficultly faced his circumstance of his deafness to live in hearing world. His dream came true of becoming a sign language tutor around the world. He meets a hearing Russian-Japanese girl Irina Nakamiya after discovering he is deaf and she want to learn sign language from him, which he will teach her and his new classmates.
