This is a part of depression that I wish was talked about more often. Taking care of yourself when nothing seems to matter is one of the hardest things to do. Everyday tasks to everyone else seems like chores to us, such as showering, brushing our teeth, and eating. It is gross, we know that, but we don't have the motivation to even get out of the bed most mornings.
