The king falls into a mysterious coma, and the manggagamot tries various remedies to revive him. Despite their efforts, the king remains unresponsive for months as the bakunawa is starting to approach. Two brothers, potential heirs to the throne, begin to vie for power. The brothers' rivalry creates tension and conflict within the kingdom.
