In an alternate post-apocalyptic 2003, two foxy friends, Cat and Dog, are on the run from a mysterious eusocial parasite known as the Monarch Swarm, a presence that is leaving an eerily silent world in its wake. It is then that on one fateful day, Cat and Dog encounter a peculiar but friendly being in the remains of an old human dwelling...Rebirth Horse. Can Cat, Dog and their newfound friend survive against all odds and find a place, an anywhere, to exist in peace?
