Tama, a young boy living near a forest, meets a magical Forest Guardian after getting lost. He learns the forest is in danger because of illegal tree cutting. By stopping a woodcutter and teaching him to protect nature, Tama helps restore the forest and becomes a bridge between humans and the Guardian.
