Having reached the end of his life, the young Lucifer finds his place in Heaven among the souls of the good and the righteous. As he confronts this otherworldly dimension and the justice administered by God, a crack opens in the pre-established order: an ancient shadow finds its way to the Realm of Light, the dividing line between the concepts of 'right' and 'due' is unclear and Lucifer will have to make a choice that could change history forever.
