A war is approaching. Every thousand years a tear from the sun descends into the world with the promise of almost infinite power and generating more conflict for that power. Two imperial houses fight to find and harness this power, the Lionheart and Dragonheart empires begin this promise of a new war and a group of young revolutionaries must fight to prevent this conflict from ending the world once again.
