Set in an apocalyptic future, a city in the sky where over population is on the rise due to cramped space. Ichigo a new detective is set out to find sector criminals, the most wanted and evil mobs in the area. Meanwhile an innocent girl has a special ability to reverse and prevent events from happening, due to this power she was abused by sector criminals; the highest pay bidder gets to use her ability, only once per day and passes on to the next sector criminal.
