It's 1985 SoCal, and seventeen year old Sammy Stark knows that she's perfect. Good grades, good friends, good high scores at the arcade, it's perfect. Stories are generally 20 pages long, and update every act, or every five pages. (A 'quiver' in this context is a rack of surfboards.)
