Plain 16 year old Lucy finds a life overrun by peacekeepers mundane and boring, but it is the only life she knows; that is until she gets kidnapped by a strange man who claims she is the only one who can help change things. Against her will she is taken back to her home city, except several decades into the past, and now must work with this man if she wants to return home.
