This comic follows the life of Vali a former slave girl whose freedom is paid for by the King and God of the Kingdom. Vali is adopted by King JC and becomes a member of the royal household. She must now learn the customs of the palace and what it means to live a life of freedom. But what is to become of Vali's old self and identity? And who is this King that would be so generous and kind to her?
