In the winter of 1971, a catastrophic event involving Josen Joestar and Sir Robins (Calloway) Speedwagon prompted the 18 year long battle with Diengo Brando. After the conflict, Mr. Joestar constructed a plan with the SPW foundation to monitor or silence 'mirrors' after a potentially dangerous member left the organization. 29 years later in, the Joestar heir starts taking his father's plan to the extreme.
