Akio was quite an innocent man. Too shy to talk, always indoors, no people to learn experiences from. That was until he witnessed the kidnapping of a little girl. He had full power to save her... but he didn't. Excuses, denial, and finally guilt. This is where his world began to spiral. With growing guilt and impulse in his genes, he wears a hand tailored siamese cat costume as a disguise while trying to search for crimes, all in the name to compensate for his negligence.
