Daisuke has the assignment to contain a new drug called LTD, which circulates in thailand amog the prostitutes. On his assignment he meets Alan, a male prostitute who also takes the drug. They make a deal: Alan doesn't get in jail and in exchange he helps daisuke to contain the drug.
