After escaping, Ace spends a couple of his years living life like a teenage girl song from the 90's. During these years of bliss, he runs into an old friend of his. After a short catch-up, they enter their world again: the Underbelly. A world where gaslighting, seduction and greed are all that's known to the human mind and that of others. Will they let it in after all? Maladaptive; a story where loss, divine intervention and family become the story of Those Who Were, Are and Will Be.
