MalCity or known as "The City of Bad" is a city full of refuges, prisoners, and people with criminal backgrounds. Something strange about MalCity is built over a mythical rock know as "Sailors Rock". This rock is special, anybody who is born over this rock have a 0.04% chance of being born with special abilities. These special abilities can be used for either good or bad. One group of friends will... try their best to bring peace to MalCity.
