While the crimson spider train Charles, attempts to escape an angry mob of the locals of Aranearum after they receive some reinforcements. He finds himself critically injured after a fall into a hidden ravine. An unlikely friend takes him in to heal and protect him. All while avoiding the danger of the island and to come up with a plan to reclaim their home.
