It's the '20s again. The trends have restarted, and crime is at an all-time high with the Ragno mob flourishing as the most powerful of the five families of New York. But one member finds himself to be the weak link in the chain: Tank Ragno, the Godfather's son, heir of the Ragno family business. Ever since he's gotten in, he's been trying to get back out.
