The year 2015 set in an alternate universe, Will joined RUBY, an outlaw organization created to liberate and protect oppressed civilians from The Council, the ruling faction in Singapore restricting all entertainment and monitoring the people's behavior. As Will begins his journey as a rookie and adapts to the special ways of RUBY, he will soon come to realize that the organization he serves and those he would see as teammates might not be what they claim to be.
