Ozarus Jackson was raised by gang members from birth. He picks up the lifestyle of being a delinquent in a gang called the Morelli Serpents. During an altercation, against another gang, a substance was thrown at him and he became a purple-hulking beast he would use that to his advantage when it came to dealing with other gangs.
