PaKuma reconstructs Romeo and Juliet in a world of turf wars, martial arts, and sci-fi. After surviving a city-shattering explosion, PaKuma awakens no longer fully human, but alive in a newly constructed city deemed "NuTokyo" made by a sentient AI known as the God Code. The war to control this Ai further divides his family and that of his forbidden love, Ah-Kirah, and the rest of the outside world in AfrAsia.
