A disgruntled park supervisor, known as Doktor Wreckreation, went mad due to the frustrations of being a state employee and wandered out into the forest in order to pursue his dream of speeding up the evolutionary clock on the local fauna and creating his own storybook forest. Through modern - and unproven - science, Dok Wreckreation succeeded in creating advanced and intelligent forest dwellers (The advanced and intelligent parts are highly debatable.)
