Rain Golden is a School Counselor at Sunny Hills Elementary, and she is AMAZING at her job - partly because of her powers. She sees a cloud above each persons head. Based on how angry/sad they are, the stormier it is. Rain loves to make those clouds disappear by cheering people up, but when she meets Isaac Cloud, a new teacher with a cloud that wont go away, she meets her toughest challenge.
