Rocky Twead is just like any other high schooler. He has the sickest pair of rollerblades you’ve ever laid your eyes on, he sings in a band of subjective quality, and can down an extravagant chili dog. Aside from half of his entire school hating him, he’s just like everyone else in Generic High School. He also has a rival that goes by the name POLLYWOGGLE.
