In a closed off city where the goverement is trying to achieve human peace by banning weaponry, their main threat is a human species evolved capable of superhuman abilities. Most of these individuals have been caught and detained by a organisation called the Black Eyed Fox. However for two young girls theres still hope they can escape their fate. Rosalina and Duyen try to find a way to survive the constant chase by the organisation and find a way out of the nightmare that is their life.
