There are four cities: Christmas, Saint Valentine´s, Easter and Halloween. All under the law of the same government. Axel, the main character, is a hybrid between a vampire from the halloween city and an easter bunny, she and three more hybrid people were created by the government as an experiment. Axel is sick of the city where she lives and the government.
