It is a story of the young man Neil who did something which has ordinary person can't. He has unique and scintillating powers which he uses in a righteous way to save the world. During world war 2 people didn't knew about the existence of a scientific tool S.T.E.R which can lead to the victory of either parties . Neil with help of a scientist tried to protect it from Nazis.
