stanley provan, fresh out of music college, is feverishly looking for a job… to no avail! after bombing yet another interview, he witnesses his former med school classmate, fyodor rakovsky, killing his boss, who is known simply as “the man.” stanley is given a choice: either help cover up the murder and become fyodor’s “employee”, or die at the hands of this evil doctor.
