After returning from a long journey, Aji is forced to separate from his family and take shelter in the village's old library during an attack from neighboring territories. In the hiding place, he meets a young boy, Kore, who indicates that when they leave that place the village is already devastaded, so he proposes that they escape to a place where they can discover new horizonts. Both enter a fantasy book and together they will have to save that universe from darkness and evil.
