Ann has lived her whole life distrusting other people. She believes that human bonds are fragile and difficult to deal with. When Ann is suddenly forced to live a normal life, with normal guardians, she struggles to adapt to the way everyone else lives. Will she be able to accept the strings of a human bond? Or will she cut the strings away to protect herself?
