Ruby is a girl who believes she lives a normal life, like everyone's. This normality will go to hell after an accident that will cause her father to force her to leave the city. She will stay at the house of a very close associate of her father, the young Darek Reynolds, a cold, serious and apparently impassive boy. Little by little Ruby will learn other facets of Darek and along the way, she'll discover the dark world in which he and his family are involved.
